Blending

We picked the best grapes of our chalky slopes to produce this BRUT.

But, something rare, we selected a blend of Pinot Noir only to express the best of our terroir.


Ageing

Bottles are ageing during 3 years in our cellars to get a high quality Champagne

ROSE

Blending

This Champagne ROSE is only made from Pinot Noir giving a very fuity taste and an intense colour.

However, to get a Champagne Rosé 7% of Coteaux Champenois (red wine made by us with our grapes) are added at the basis of white wine. This process provides a Rosé Champagne of a consistently high quality.


Ageing

The ageing in cellars for two years gives a fresh and well-­‐balanced Champagne.


Tasting

Intense colour-Light foam

On the nose this Champagne provides a very fresh and fruity bouquet, with a dominant of red fruit.

In the mouth, the wine awakens our senses with an explosion of red fruit Elavors (strawberry, raspberry, gooseberry)

Perfect for the Aperitif, meat and sweet dishes.

NECTAR

Blending

This Champagne is elaborated with a subtle balance of our Pinot Noir (70%) et our Chardonnays (30%)


Ageing

We let our Champagne the time to improve and find its right balance. He stays in the calm of our cellars for a minimum of 5 years.


Tasting

The Nectar provide nice and fine bubbles that create a very delicate mousse. We can feel immediately fresh and elegant notes that match perfectly with its smooth and expressive nature

The Nectar will delight your guests for an exceptional aperitif but it will be a great experience for connoisseur too.

GOLD

Blending

This Demi-Sec Champagne is made from a 3/4 Pinots Noirs -1/4 Chardonnays blend.

This cuvée is also available in BRUT dosage on demand.


Ageing

The Gold cuvée needs 3 years of ageing to reach its maximum potential.

It presents a golden colour hi-lights in its transparent bottle.


Tasting

The Gold cuvée offers the perfect combination between smoothly pinots noirs with fine and elegant chardonnays.

A very fresh Champagne with a smooth and generous style.

This champagne is perfect for an aperitif or will fit well with tasty dessert.

Vintage 2007

Blending

Vintage Champagne is made from a 100% pinots noirs blend.

It is elaborate from only one single harvest, selected for its exceptional quality.


Ageing

This Brut Champagne age in our cellars from its bottling, done the year after harvest.


Tasting

The 2007 vintage, specific of a single year, offers a deep structured taste.

This full bodied champagne have nice fresh and long taste in mouth.

Summum

Blending

The Summum is made from our pinots noirs and chardonnays.

It is elaborated from a subtle blend of wine of the year and reserve wines aged for over 10 years.


Ageing

This prestige champagne made from selected vineyards, include wines aged in stainless steel tank over 10 years and followed by a minimum 4 years ageing in bottles.


Tasting

The Summum, well balanced is a travel across our "terroirs".

The fine bubbles are very subtle and smooth in mouth.

This unique champagne is produced in a very limited production : a great experience!
